“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”

This property is very dated and had a sketchy feel. There were multiple damaged vehicles parked directly at the main entrance that never moved during our stay—one had three flat tires, and the others were heavily damaged. There is only one way in and out of the property, and there was a police car……

“Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. ”

“Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. The person I spoke with was kind but tiffany was on the phone yelling in the……

“Property really run down. Needs to be updated. Service was terrible. There is no maid service. Room floors were dirty and worn out. The TV did not work. The management told us a previous customer stole the remote and they don’t know why because the TV is so old, the remote won’t work on any other TV. The room was cold even though the temperature was set at 77. The communication of the staff was poor. Apparently, their friends wrote good reviews to make it sound like a decent place. The owners……

“This is my first ever review, one that I feel absolutely compelled to write as a service to my fellow man. This property not only should be avoided at any cost, but probably should be condemned and demolished. The overall level of dilapidation everywhere on the property is staggering. Roaches scurrying across the vanity. Towels and bed linens with rips, tears and holes. Stains all over the tub/shower. Pulled up carpet. I could go on and on. Stay here and you likely won’t feel safe and……

“We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. ”
